Driving participation in the 2023 General Election

Working with the Electoral Commission | Te Kaitiaki Take Kōwhiri, we were tasked to increase Māori awareness and participation in the election. Co-designing this campaign with a rōpū from across the motu representing different ages, iwi, hāpori, and ability.

Normalising safe sex kōrero amongst kaupapa whānau

Partnering with the Hauora Māori Services team at Health NZ | Te Whatu Ora, we needed to build a campaign that responded to the needs of Māori most at-risk of HIV, and prompt the use of prevention tools. From wānanga with 60+ people, this kaupapa pivoted to focus more on encouraging supporters of our takatāpui and Māori GBMSM communities, and fight the fear to kōrero.
